As the centre of communications and commercial and administrative activities, the town offers to all that visit it, a multitude of tourist attractions. Especially worth visiting is the Parochial Church of Our Lady of the Expectation from the XVI Centuary. The old Castle - Palace of Counts de Sástago was built in the XVII Centuary on a fortified tower as was this hotel which was totally refurbished in December 2006. Our traditional gastronomical knowledge, is varied and famous as are our tapas and wines. We are situated in a municipality with a southern climate thanks to our beautiful fertile valley populated with olive, orange and lemon trees etc. We are 30 minutes from the Coast and 45 minutes from Granada town.
